In compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation Limited (collectively referred to as ‘The Foundation’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’) are committed to protecting privacy, confidentiality and the security of all the personal information we hold. We also take reasonable measures to ensure that all our employees and agents uphold the same obligations.

The website https://gbayouth.org.hk/ (‘Website’) is wholly owned and operated by The Foundation. By using the Website you consent to our collection and use of your Personal Data (as defined below). If we make any changes to this PICS and/or any procedure mentioned herein, we will announce the changes on the Website to keep you updated of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it.

Your information may be accessed by, disclosed, provided or transferred to our business partners, persons or divisions within The Foundation (including but not limited to Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation Limited) and, professional advisers and associated or affiliated companies of The Foundation, agent, contractor or third party service provider which provides support service to The Foundation, and any other person to whom The Foundation is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on The Foundation, to the extent necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
Right to Access and Correct Personal Data
You may at any time request access to or correction of your Personal Data collected and/or retained by us. Any request to access to or correct the Personal Data shall be in writing addressing to the Office Manager of Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation Limited, Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Foundation Limited or Greater Bay Area Youth Foundation Limited at Room 16/F, 9 Des Voeux Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
