Organised by Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation and co-organised by See Change Education, the English Public Speaking with Confidence Programme offers 30 hours free professional courses on English public speaking skills to underprivileged secondary school students. Through discussion of social hot topics and global issues, this programme enhances students' public speaking abilities, broadens their international perspectives, and increases their confidence.
