Sponsored by the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation and the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation, “Art Journey for Youth at the HKPM” School Group Visit Programme supports the distribution of 50,000 tickets* to primary and secondary schools student in Hong Kong and 4,000 tickets* for teachers, offering a unique opportunity for local students, in particular those from underprivileged families, to appreciate Chinese cultural heritage as well as the art treasures from other parts of the world.
Applications for school group visits are available in phases. A new phase of application for school visits from 2 September to 16 December 2024 are now open. Quota is limited. Schools successfully registered for this Programme can receive from the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation and the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation a subsidy of HK$25 per student, based on the actual number of students visited. Regarding the issuance of the subsidies, the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation will have a designated person to contact the schools directly.
*Applicable for visits on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (excluding Public Holidays)
Remarks: Priority will be given to schools that haven’t yet participated in the “Art Journey for Youth at the HKPM” School Group Visit Programme. Schools that have previously participated in the Programme with an accumulated number of student participants over 150 pax. will be placed on the waiting list.
