Kai Tak Youth Hostel, known as ‘Set Sail 1331' is a creative youth hub transformed from a former central quarantine facility. Designed as a vibrant cultural and innovation ecosystem, it offers not only guest accommodations but also co-working spaces, performance venues, and outdoor activity areas. The goal is to create a dynamic platform that integrates living, sports, creativity, and entrepreneurship. 

On August 29–30, 2025, the Foundation hosted a two-day, one-night experiential programme, inviting 20 young participants to stay and provide real-time feedback. Their insights can help enhance facilities and services, ensuring the hostel becomes a new hotspot for youth creativity and exchange. 

Participants were particularly impressed by the stunning sea views and expressed strong confidence in the site’s development potential.
