GBA Youth Card

GBA Youth Card is launched by the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation in cooperation with Bank of China (Hong Kong), Guangdong Youth Federation, Hong Kong United Youth Association and Macao Youth Federation. It is a comprehensive youth service card specially designed for Hong Kong youth, that offers many conveniences when they are studying, working and living in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The Card provides a series of functions including GBA information, youth service, banking service, and privileges on transportation and consumption. There are two types of GBA Youth Cards, namely the "GBA Youth Card" which is a credit card and the "GBA Youth Card (BOC Card) " which is a debit card. Cardholders also become members of YO PLACE, enjoying exclusive information and services.

Eligibility for Application Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above
  • Hong Kong residents aged 11 or above；and
  • Holding a Hong Kong dollar or/and RMB account or/and Multi-Currency Saving Account (including RMB and applicable currency) in BOCHK

Remark：Applicants aged between 11 and 15 must be accompanied by their parent / guardian and provide the identification documents and proof of relationship of the customers' parent / guardian; Each applicant can only apply for one GBA Youth Card (BOC Card); Joint account cannot be registered as the 1st account.

    • Participate in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Home’s activities and get  support in Guangdong Province
    • Enjoy entrepreneurial and other support from the "Innovation and Entrepreneurial Bases in the  Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area"
