‘Youth Link ‧ Nam Cheong’ established by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and managed by the Foundation, serves as a physical interactive platform for members of the ‘Youth Link.’ As a key initiative under the Youth Development Blueprint, it strengthens communication and collaboration among the Government, the Youth Development Commission, and young people who have participated in various youth development programmes. 

The project is being delivered in three phases: Phase I, located in the Low Block of the Nam Cheong District Community Centre, began trial operations in December 2025. Phase II, on the second floor of the High Block, officially opened at the end of April. Phase III, an indoor and outdoor space located beneath the flyover at the Tung Chau Street Temporary Market—is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Together, the three phases will provide approximately 1,540 square metres of dedicated space for youth activities.
