Sponsored by our Foundation and China Resources Group, co-organised by Pacific Coffee and HKCT, the Dream Brewer Project@ GBA Entrepreneurship Training Programme has come to an end. The progreamme recruited nearly 800 young people aged 18-35 who are interested in starting a business, and 30 people were chosen to participate the programme. Since October 2020, a series of basic training on coffee knowledge, beverages making, retail management and entrepreneurship theories were taught in Hong Kong. In April, participants set off for a 7-week internship programme in Shenzhen and it was the first Hong Kong youth group visiting the Mainland under the pandemic. 

On 23rd July 2021, a conference was held to announce the winning teams. The two winning teams have their own distinctive ideas, and each team received one million RMB by China Resources Group as their start-up capital to develop and operate their own coffee shops in the Greater Bay Area, achieving their entrepreneurial dreams! Besides, Pacific Coffee added an extra prize for one more team in recognition of their outstanding performance.
